For 25 years Vera Bradley has been designing handbags, accessories and travel items with unique and original design patterns for women of all ages. Founded in 1982 by friends Barbara Bradley Baekgaard and Patricia Miller, Vera Bradley has become synonymous with quality and attention to detail. Vera Bradley collectors are extremely loyal to the brand. Club Vera has nearly 150,000 web-based members and is continually growing. Vera Bradley’s licensed products – luxury linens, tableware and decorative accessories, rolling luggage, stationery, designer rugs and furniture have introduced the company to an even larger audience. Vera Bradley eyewear, sunwear and cases and accessories are a natural, exciting addition.
The Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer is committed to eradicating breast cancer as a life threatening disease. It has raised nearly $6 million since its inception. The foundation’s goal is a $6.8 million pledge to the Indiana University Cancer Center’s breast cancer research program in Indianapolis. Once that goal has been reached, Vera Bradley’s total pledge will have reached $10 million
